There is a lot to do in Cartagena - and all is close to infinito. Foremost you will go to one of the numerous beaches which are located directly on front of your door. You have the choice. You will find quiet beaches as the first one when you leave the building - or you can go to the left to find beaches with more action, music, animation, beach bars etc.
The last beach more or less 1 km away and in front of the Hotel “Caribé” and at the beginning of Laguito is called “Hollywood Beach”. Here you find a lot of Entertainment and a good beach restaurant. But be carefully: most of the beautiful Ladys hanging around there have only a business interest in masculine tourists - even if it might look different.

Hay muchas cosas que hacer en Cartagena y todo cerca de usted. Numerosas playas situadas justo en frente de su puerta usted elige: playas reservadas o playas con música, animación, barra etc.
A un kilometro de Hotel Caribe en la entrada al laguito esta la playa Hollywood, es un sitio con mucha hospitalidad y buenos restaurantes.
Aquí usted encontrará chicas lindas, gran parte de ellas tienen mucho interés comercial en turistas masculinos aún cuando no parece ser así, es necesario estar muy atentos.

5 Minuten weiter in Laguito trifft man auf das Hotel Hilton. Hier am Strand fahren die Boote auf die vor der Bucht liegende Insel Terra Bomba mit ihren weißen Sandstränden. Die Boote zur Insel Rosario legen dagegen von dem Kai vor der Altstadt ab. Terry Bomba kann man besuchen - Rosario MUSS man besuchen.

 

100 metre behind the Hilton hotel starts the beach of Castillogrande. Here do you meet the Colombians. The prices are more moderate than in front of the hotels in Malecón and the sea is calmer. But the lower sea movement must be paid with a higher water soiling - especially because of the vessels who cross the end of Castillogrande on their way to the harbour. Here you can swim excellently - at least from Monday to Friday if no jet skis are out which are for rent in front of the the Hilton hotel.

A 100 metros del Hotel Hilton comienzan las playas de castillo grande; los precios son más moderados que los de los sitios cercanos al hotel Malecom y el mar es más tranquilo. Pero el movimiento más bajo del mar debe ser pagado con agua alta que mancha especialmente debido a algunos recipientes que cruzan al final del castillo grande. Si usted sabe nadar, de lunes a viernes lo puede hacer y si quiere un jet ski justo en frente del hotel Hilton puede alquilarlo.

A 100 metri del Hotel Hilton questo la spiaggia Castello Grande, spiaggia autoctona di Cartagena con prezzi modici ed un mare molto tranquillo. Di lunedì a venerdì avrà giorni perfetti e senza nessun disturbo.

After the beach one meets Avenida St. Martin in Cafe of Isabell or in Cafe Valdez - both have open Hotspots - or for ice cream in Popsy or with children in MacDonnald. Then around the corner you reach agsain your apartment.
By the way Avenida St. Martin is also the street with the noble shops where you can do your shoppings. Another drop-in centre for purchases is the Old Town - you remember: 15 minutes on foot walk in the opposite direction. And if you prefer a nice shopping centre, you take a taxi, tell the driver "Plaza Caribé" and he brings you there for 7,000 pesos and for the same amount back to infinito.

Después de la playa encontraremos la Avenida San Martin sitios como el Café Isabel o Café Juan Valdez ambos con Hotspots abiertos, o Popsy para disfrutar un delicioso helado, McDonald entre otros. En la Avenida San Martin usted podrá hacer todas sus compras puesto que está llena de tiendas y boutiques, otro lugar interesante para comprar es La Ciudad Vieja o si prefiere un centro comercial a solo 15 minutos a pie o en taxi por solo 7.000 pesos el Centro Comercial “Plaza Caribe”.

Dopo la spiaggia troveremo il Viale San Martin posti come la Caffè Isabel o Caffè Juan Valdez ambedue con Hotspots aperti, o Popsy per godere un delizioso gelato, McDonald tra altri. Nel Viale San Martin lei potrà fare tutti i suoi acquisti dato che è piena di negozi e boutique, un altro posto interessante per comprare è La Città Vecchia o se preferisce a piedi un centro commerciale a soli 15 minuti o in taxi per soli 7.000 pesi il Centro Commerciale “Plaza Caribe”.

5 minutes further in Laguito you will find the Hilton hotel. In front of the hotel are the boats which brings you to the island Terra Bomba - the island you can see in front of you. But the boats who bring you to the island Rosario start from the quay by the the Old City. One can visit Terry Bomba - however visiting Rosario is a MUST.

A cinco minutos del laguito esta el Hotel Hilton, delante del hotel están barcos - los barcos le traen a la isla de tierra bomba. La isla que pueda ver delante de usted, visitar la isla tierra bomba o la isla del rosario se convierte en una necesidad.

A 5 minuti del Lago si trova il Hotel Hilton, prima della Baia troviamo l'Isla Terra Bomba, spiaggia di sabbia bianca e l'Isola del Rosario posto dove salpano le barche.

This is and cannot be a guide of Cartagena. For this purpose you will find enough literature elsewhere. Here you will find some insider's tips which you cannot read in any guide. Thus we do not mention the tourists spots known everywhere and we assume that you take part in one of the numerously offered sightseeing tours. But apart from that we tell to you here something what you do not learn on such tours.

Hier sollen nur einige Insider-Tipps gegeben werden, die vielleicht nicht im Reiseführer stehen. So erwähnen wir nicht die allseits bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten und setzen dafür voraus, dass Sie an einer der zahlreich angebotenen Besichtigungsfahrten teilnehmen. Aber abgesehen davon verraten wir Ihnen hier einiges, was Sie auf solchen Touren nicht lernen.

In Bocagrande there are numerous restaurants in those you can dine. The offer reaches from fast food - here mainly chicken - up to the gourmet restaurants. Along the Avenida to St. Martin and her byroads and in Carrera 3 (you live Carrera 1 - Carrera 2 is Avenida St. Martin - Carrera 3 is next one).
In the evening go and visit the Old Town. Here the restaurants are still a little bit more exclusive. In the streets you see musicians and dancers and in the bars of “Plaza of Domingo” you will meet other tourists - while the locals sit in “Plaza San of Diego” or in “Quedar Fidel” - beside the Hard Rock Cafe - where the beer costs only half

En Bocagrande hay numerosos restaurantes donde usted podrá disfrutar desde comida rápida hasta la comida típica y regional Cartagenera.
Recorrer por la tarde la Ciudad Vieja es muy interesante, este sitio es un poco mas exclusivo en las calles encontraremos personas tocando música y bailando y en lugares como Plaza Domingo se topara con otros turistas que como usted disfrutan de este maravilloso lugar. Los Cartageneros prefieren disfrutar en La Isla San Diego o en “Quedar de Fidel” donde la cerveza cuesta solo la mitad.

In Bocagrande ci sono numerosi ristoranti dove lei potrà godere da cibo rapido fino al cibo tipico e regionale Di Cartagena.Percorrere di pomeriggio la Città Vecchia è molto interessante, questo posto è un po' ma esclusivo per strade troveremo persone toccando musica e ballando ed in posti come Piazza domenica si imbattesse con altri turisti che come lei gode di questo meraviglioso posto. I Di Cartagena preferiscono godere in L'Isola San Diego o in "Quedar Fidel" dove la birra costa suolo la metà.

In Bocagrande gibt es unzählige Restaurants in denen Sie speisen können. Das Angebot reicht von Fast-food - das sich hier rund um das Huhn manifestiert - bis zum Feinschmeckerlokal. Entlang der Avenida St. Martin und ihren Seitenstraßen sowie in der Parallelstraße Carrera 3 (Sie wohnen Carrera 1 - Carrera 2 ist Av. St. Martin - Carrera 3 ist eine weiter).
Fahren oder laufen Sie abends in die Altstadt. Hier sind die Restaurants noch ein bisschen chicker. Auf den Straßen wird musiziert und getanzt und in den Lokalen am “Plaza Domingo” treffen Sie andere Touristen. Die Einheimischen sitzen dagegen am “Plaza San Diego” oder bei “Quedar Fidel” neben dem Hard Rock Cafe, wo das Bier nur die Hälfte kostet.

Or how would you like a romantic ride in a coach? Or what about a shopping tour. Numerous boutiques and jewellers who offers a wide range of their famous emeralds are opened in the Old Town in the evening hours. Also many events can be visited in the tourist office.
About 11 pm the time to visit a disco. There are some in the Old Town which you can be visited alone or as couple. Only the discos in Bocagrande are left rather to unaccompanied men.

Si nos gustan las joyas en Cartagena encontramos boutiques llenas de lindas esmeraldas para comprar, cerca de la 21:00 es la hora perfecta para ir a una buena discoteca, en la ciudad vieja hay sitios para visitar solo o acompañado y en Bocagrande existen sitios reservados para hombres solteros o solos.

Si immaginano una notte romantica in un'automobile di cavalli? Questo si può fare anche a Cartagena, percorrere la città nella notte a cavalli un'esperienza molto romantica
Se ci piacciono i gioielli a Cartagena troviamo boutique piene di carini smeraldi per comprare, vicino alla 21:00 è l'ora perfetta per andare ad una buona discoteca, nella città vecchia ci sono posti per visitare solo o accompagnato ed in Bocagrande esistono posti riservati per uomini celibi o soli.

Ci sono molte cose da fare a Cartagena e tutto molto vicino a lei, numerose spiagge pubbliche, private, riservate con musica, bar, ristoranti, animazione, sbarra.
A solo1 chilometro del hotel nel settore in Lago troviamo La Spiaggia Hollywood con buon servizio ed ospitalità, ristoranti ed ubicati giusto di fronte della sua porta, ricordi godere di responsabilità e precauzione è la base di un'escursione di successo.

Es gibt eine Menge zu tun in Cartagena - und alles befindet sich in der Nähe von infinito. Vor allem werden Sie die zahlreichen Strände besuchen, die sich direkt für Ihrer Haustür befinden. Sie haben die Wahl. Sie finden ruhige Strände, wie der direkt vor ihrem Gebäude gelegene - oder Sie können weiter nach links gehen, wo Sie auf Strände mit mehr Trubel, Musik, Strandbars und Animation stoßen.
Der letzte Strand - circa 1 km weit entfernt - vor dem Hotel “Caribe” und am Anfang von Laguito wird “Hollywood Strand” genannt. Hier herrscht der größte Trubel und es gibt ein gutes Strandrestaurant. Allerdings die meisten der hübschen Mädchen, die sich dort aufhalten, haben ausschließlich geschäftliches Interesse an männlichen Touristen - auch wenn es auf den ersten Blick anders erscheint.

Oder wie wäre es mit einer romantischen Kutschfahrt? Oder machen sie eine Einkaufstour. Zahlreiche Boutiquen und Juweliere mit ihren Angeboten an Smaragden haben in der Altstadt auch in den Abendstunden geöffnet. Es werden auch immer wieder Veranstaltungen geboten, die Sie beim Touristenbüro erfragen.
Gegen 23 Uhr ist es Zeit für den Besuch in einer Diskothek. Es gibt einige in der Altstadt, die Sie allein oder als Paar besuchen können. Nur die Diskotheken in Bocagrande sind eher den alleinreisenden Herren vorbehalten. .

100 Meter hinter dem Hilton Hotel beginnt der Strand von Castillogrande. Hier trifft man überwiegend auf Einheimische. Die Preise sind moderater als vor den Hotels von Malecón und das Meer an den meisten Tagen ruhiger. Allerdings zahlt man die geringe Meerbewegung mit einer höheren Wasserverschmutzung zumal an der Spitze von Castillogrande die Frachter auf ihrem Weg zum Hafen vorbei fahren. Dafür läßt es sich hier ausgezeichnet schwimmen - zumindest von Montag bis Freitags, wenn keine Jetskis unterwegs sind, die es vor dem Hilton Hotel zu mieten gibt.

Nach dem Strand trifft man sich auf der Avenida St. Martin im Cafe Isabell oder im Cafe Valdez - beide mit offenen Hotspots - oder zu einem Eis im Popsy oder mit Kindern bei MacDonnald. Eine Ecke weiter befindet sich dann wieder Ihr Apartment.
Die Avenida St. Martin ist übrigens auch die Straße mit den Nobelgeschäften, wo Sie Ihre Einkäufe erledigen können. Eine andere Anlaufstelle für Einkäufe ist die Altstadt - Sie erinnern sich: 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die gegengesetzte Richtung. Und wenn Sie ein richtiges Einkaufszentrum bevorzugen, so setzen Sie sich in ein Taxi, sagen dem Fahrer “Plaza Caribé” und er bringt Sie für 7.000 Pesos ans Ziel und für den gleichen Betrag wieder zurück.

The lonesome gentleman can meet a lot of nice “Chicas” who offer their company against cash in Holywood Beach already at day time. These are more or less the same Ladys who could be found after 11pm in the closed by Discothec “Dolce Vita”. We recommend not to bring those women in the apartment - in your own interest. There are some nice Motels close by the old city and if the Professionals should not know where: the taxi driver will know. You pay 10.000 Peso for the taxi to reach there and more or less 30.000 Peso to stay there. These are 20 USD for being sure all your belongings stay safe in your apartment (Lady not included). By the way: keep the hand off the cheap girls working in Avenida St. Martin at night time. I think this point should be mentioned for gentlemen who travel alone..

El caballero solitario puede encontrarse con chicas agradables o chicas de compañía a cambio de dinero y las encuentra en la playa Hollywood, son las mismas chicas que están después de las 11 pm en la discoteca Dolce Vita. Les recomendamos no llevar a esas chicas al apartamento, usted puede ir a Moteles cercanos ubicados en la ciudad antigua, un taxista lo llevara por solo 10.000 pesos y pagar 30.000 pesos por permanecer allí, aproximadamente 20 USD - la chica no incluida. - A propósito, recomendamos: no ir con las prostitutas en la calle.

I signori solitari possono trovare ragazze gradevoli nel Holliwood playa in cambio di qualcosa di denaro, dopo la 11 pm anche nella discoteca La Dolce Vita, si trovassero con queste simpatiche dame, alle ragazze lei li potrà portare a motel vicini alla Città Vecchia per soli 10.000 pesi il servizio di Taxi e 30.000 pesi per rimanere nel motel, ricordi è molto importante per la sua sicurezza non portare alle ragazze agli appartamenti.

Der einsame Herr kann schon tagsüber viele nette "Chicas" am Holywood Strand treffen, die ihre Gesellschaft gegen Geld anbieten. Dies sind mehr oder weniger die selben “Chicas”, die man nach 23 Uhr in der nahe gelegenen Diskothek “Dolce Vida” wieder trifft, wo sie ebenfalls ihrem Gewerbe nachgehen. Wir empfehlen Ihnen in Ihrem Interesse, solche Damen nicht in das Apartment zu bringen. Es gibt in der Nähe der Altstadt schöne Motels für Liebesnächte und falls die Dame die Adresse nciht wissen sollte: Taxifahrer wissen Bescheid. Die Fahrt dorthin kostet 10.000 Peso und das Motel für den Zeitraum 30.000 Peso. Alles im allen ca. 15 Euro (zzgl. zu dem was Sie mit der Frau ausgehandelt haben) und Sie können sicher sein, dass Ihr Eigentum im Apartment unangetastet bleibt. Übrigens: lassen Sie besser die Finger von den billigen Straßenschwalben, die nächtens auf der Avenida St. Martin flanieren. Ich denke, dieser Punkt gehört für allein reisende Herren erwähnt
